oops, forgot this little gem in last post: It had been so long since I had my wisdom teeth out that I didn't remember that the dentist stitched up the hole where the tooth was. I read the "after-care" instructions this afternoon and found out that the stitches will disolve within a week. I have to rinse my mouth thrice daily with a special "anti-septic" that really burns.I can only eat soft foods for 2 weks, and have to avoid the stitches when brushing my teeth. strangest rule of all is no spitting. when i finish with the mouth rinse and using my brush, I just bend over the sink, open my lips and let everything run out.I sure will be glad when the stitches disolve and i can brush and spit like everyone else, hahahaha.
